[DBIx-Class-Devel] [dbsrgits/dbix-class-schema-loader] Added hook to filter the custom content part (#11)

Added a hook to let you filter the "ungenerated" part of the result classes. This is useful for us managing a large old schema where we apply lots of changes that apply to both the generated and ungenerated portions.
