[DBIx-Class-Devel] [dbsrgits/dbix-class-schema-loader] Feature/omit view definitions (#13)

Based on the discussions on the mailing list, this feature will allow the use of 

`-o omit_view_definitions=1` 

to exclude the view definitions from appearing in the resulting objects.
