22a15de6fc368a505623cf5eb08e9ea3f8c99eba  Make sure the sqlt_args actually get passed in to the SQL::Translator::Diff object. Can be an issue if SQL::Translator::Diff::schema_diff is called directly.
ab42ef849111e4091ccae0981bb4241d60c15146  Removed batch alter stuff from Oracle.pm. It was just complicating things. Also fixed 90% of quoting issues that I think I introduced. Added additional testing.
