[DBIx-Class-Devel] [dbsrgits/sql-translator] Add index length option for MySQL (#68)

@abeverley (not a maintainer, but...) does this patch effectively add the ability to put arbitrary attributes onto a field in an index?  If so, that would go a long ways to solving my problem in #154, so I'm fairly interested in this now.

Could you quickly summarize the changes here (like bullet list for changelog style) and whether it breaks any compatibility with previous versions?
