[DBIx-Class-Devel] [dbsrgits/sql-translator] Add index length option for MySQL (#68)

@nrdvana and no it doesn't break anything, this is backwards-compatible. If the index is a scalar then it uses it as normal, if it's a hashref then it pulls out the options. If @rabbiveesh can merge it, then you can build a new option ```opclass``` or similar quite easily.
