<p>RT stands for "Request Tracker" - the default (and often preferred bugtracker) used for CPAN projects. You have already opened several issues there, e.g. <a href="https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=104375">https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=104375</a>. Each ssue is usually simply called <code>RT</code> for short.</p>

<p>They are also usually referred as <code>RT#&lt;num&gt;</code> in changelogs: <a href="https://metacpan.org/release/RIBASUSHI/DBIx-Class-0.082820#whatsnew">https://metacpan.org/release/RIBASUSHI/DBIx-Class-0.082820#whatsnew</a></p>
