[Dbix-class] info from DBI::column_info to $class->_columns}

Another svn diff (against version 428 dev branch).
Type info in new format, see tests for the details.  Added tests for
Pg and mysql.
column_info in DBIx::Class::Table cannot currently work since storage
is unavailable there. I added a line to show that so run prove
t/basicrels/01core.t
