[Dbix-class] Towards 0.03: Quote test and fix, has_one and test rework committed

I've just integrated and committed the quote test from Simon Elliot and
the HasOne relationship and test rework from abraxxa.

Sync it, test it, beat it, break it. If nobody manages to achieve the latter
I plan to push current trunk to CPAN as 0.03 shortly.
