What would be even nicer, would be to make the output a .pod file, with
links of the form: L<DBIx::Class::Storage::DBI/txn_rollback>.   Then we
could stick your script into the maint directory and make it part of the
build process, generating a DBIx::Class::Manual::Index podfile.
