[Dbix-class] unnaccounted branches: ensure_source_loaded, ordered_handle_updates, privileges, replication

Please can people tell me whether these are live or not?

ensure_source_loaded looks ancient and done with so that dies in a week 
unless somebody tells me I'm wrong

ordered_handle_updates, the logs sayeth it's working but not tested. can 
anybody check me on this? ned?

privileges looks not-really-started

replication I don't know about - looks working but no tests - Bert? Einon?
