[Dbix-class] FYI: MySQL and UTF-8 fields

Hi all,

if you are using UTF8 and MySQL, and use the UTF8Columns plugin,  
check out latest 4.0000 release of DBD::mysql and search the docs for  
'mysql_enable_utf8'.

Haven't tried yet, but seems to do the right thing.
