[Dbix-class] DBIx::Class::Loader 0.20 released

DBIx::Class::Loader 0.20 released.  It's available for download at the
moment at:

http://pause.perl.org/incoming/DBIx-Class-Loader-0.20.tar.gz

Changes entries for this release:

        - Added correct bug contact info
        - Vendor modules now use ->storage

The ->storage fix will alleviate any lingering issues with the whole
forking / mod_perl / Apache::DBI / etc thing, when used in combination
with the next release of DBIx::Class (which has related fixes pending
in trunk at the moment).
