[Dbix-class] Validation & UUIDColumns

Now that 0.07 is imminent, we need to make sure the Validation and
UUIDColumns dists make it to CPAN.

And by "we", I mean I'll get stuck going it since  I'm a) the one
mentioning it and b) probably the only victim (Handel) relying on them.

So, if there are no further complaints or abstentions, I'll try and take
care of those this evening, depending on the state of their respective
tests, unless of course, someone else is already working on getting them
out the door.
