[Dbix-class] Patch for DBIx::Class::HTMLWidget for Radio elements

Hello all,

Hopefully this list is the correct place for this patch,
I almost sent it to the HTML::Widget list.

Attached is a patch to allow DBIx::Class::HTMLWidget to
handle widgets with radio elements.  Previously, the
fill_widget method would overwrite the value of each
radio element with the value from the database.

Also included is a correction to the populate_from_widget
method's handling of checkbox elements.
