[Dbix-class] DBIx HTML forms

Hi,

DBIx::Class::InstantCRUD is actually just a part of
Catalyst::Example::InstantCRUD - and this other module is also and option
for you.  After installing the dependencies you should be able to generate a
CRUD/BREAD application with just one command line.
