[Dbix-class] OT: do not reply to start a new thread (was: Recovering from a failed transaction ?)

Hi Richard,

could you please avoid starting threads by replying to a mail? I
know it’s convenient not to have to type the `To:` address, but
good mail clients which can actually thread messages will then
show your mail as part of a thread it has nothing to do with.
Some people may even completely miss or skip it because of that.
