[Dbix-class] Use prepared DBI handle

Hello, all,

I'm going to move our project towards DBIC step by step. We've got our
own modules based on DBI. Is there a way to make an instance of
DBIC::Schema with a prepared DBI handle, in order not to produce
multiple DB connections?
