[Dbix-class] DBIx::Class 0.07999_05 (aka 0.08 RC2) released

Everything is running smooth here as with the previous 0.07999_xx versions.
What I want to discuss on IRC before 0.08 is released is Storacle WhereJoins.
Imho it should be default for Whoracle (version < 9i) which doesn't understand Ansii joins and optional for Oracle >= 9i (configurable per schema? but switchable per resultset because only queries with about 4 joins+ gain performance from it).
