Just FYI, I'm also getting errors on this same file under Windows XP,
using ActivePerl 5.8.8 build 819. Apparently, it wants a
SQL::Translator::Diff which is only available on 0.08 - the Makefile
should've got that.

Additionally, some SQL::Translator 0.08 tests failed for me.
