[Dbix-class] CatalystX::CRUD::Model::DBIC

I have written a first-pass of a CatalystX::CRUD implementation for DBIx::Class:

I am not, however, a regular DBIx::Class user, and have basically just read
enough of the docs to feel like I was getting the gist. I'm not familiar with
the idioms, etc.

Would those of you who use Catalyst please take a few minutes to look at the
code and see if I've made any bonehead mistakes or idiomatic blunders and/or am
taking the correct approach in general?
