[Dbix-class] dbic-Loader bug with mpm_worker

Hi guys,
as I mentioned on the Catalyst list last week, I hit a problem when using
DBIx-Class-Schema-Loader with Apache in threaded (mpm_worker) mode.

I have created a test setup that demonstrates the problem here:

It shows that it works with the manual schema, but not the auto-loaded schema.

This was tested against latest development version of DBIx::Class.
