When you are installing/building the SVN version, it wont have
Module::Install embedded into it yet, so you need to install
Module::Install from CPAN first:
$> sudo cpan Module::Install
(or replace that with what ever packaging system you usually use to
install perl modules on your system.
Then try running the Makefile.PL from trunk again.
