I have to support setups with old DBD::mysql versions without
mysql_enable_utf8. Will there be a way to simply treat all data as UTF8
and do the appropriate conversions like DBIx::Class::ForceUTF8 does?

On another note, 0.08121 contains many files with DOS newlines. It looks
like this happened by accident.
