[Dbix-class] How to alter table via DBIC?

Oh, right. This is a locked down server that is only accessible from 
within the building. The database is being used for research purposes 
with no sensitive data, so hacking is not a real problem.

Plus, the people with the nous to be able to connect to the DB in this 
building I can count on the fingers of one and a bit hands ;)
