[Dbix-class] namespace::clean problems

Thanks Peter. After emailing the list I stumbled upon https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=86267

So added "use namespace::clean;" above the BEGIN block in DBIx::Class::Carp and the problem went away.
