[Dbix-class] Testing behaviour when sending to the list - safe to ignore

A cow-orker saw weird behaviour earlier when he tried to email the list

    I'm getting this: Cannot send to m8sf-ijyo at xemaps.com
    with the body being:
    An email you sent to 'm8sf-ijyo at xemaps.com' was refused by the
remote mail server.17:25
    No additional information is available.


I haven't seen the message in my inbox, but it has appeared in the
list archives:

Is this normal? How long do messages usually take to propagate out?

Is the error normal?
