Sure.  We've always maintained that there was no rush and that discussion
was the best course of action.

I encourage those presenting alternate proposals to focus on governance,
not merely project direction, as I think it will benefit the community to
have a mechanism for determining direction, permissions, etc. not just now
but going forward.
