From m.keating at shadowcat.co.uk Mon Feb 9 10:04:31 2009 From: m.keating at shadowcat.co.uk (Mark Keating) Date: Mon Feb 9 10:33:20 2009 Subject: [epf-core] Membership Message-ID: <498FFFAF.8050903@shadowcat.co.uk> Hey all, Sorry I have been away for some time, grab me in channel if you need to know why. All that is important is that I am now back. So onto requests for Membership: Ordinary: Mateu X Hunter Robin Berjon Special: Steffen Mueller P.T. Kornman In general response to Jay Shirley's comment on Membership, yes we should do all we can to get as many Ordinary members as possible as they are a source of revune and sponsorship, but please remember that Special members do not get the right to vote on anything, nor can they be appointed to working groups etc. Their choice to not contribute completely means that we acknowledge their general support but they get no benefit from joining us. Currently there are more Ordinary members than Special members (by a count of one). We still need to push our membership drive :) Thanks all.
