[epo-core] Core first, then to marketing: Weekly contacts

I was thinking last night and realized there are way more than 52
publications that deal with technology.  Both in terms of dead paper
print, and the more elusive online format.

I propose a weekly session to contact a single publication with an
invitation for them to interview a member, or republish an original
article on the state of Perl and the EPO.

Thoughts?
