Here's a list to get started, along with my thoughts on the angle.  I
suggest we start the new year with this, it's 10 in-print magazines.
Just need another 42 (probably fill in the gap with electronic
editions, too)

CIO Insight - Saving time and money
Public CIO - Saving time and money
Website Magazine - Rapid application turn-around using leading Perl practices
Baseline - Leadership, "What can OSS do for your business in a
tremulous economy"
T.H.E. journal - Perl in Academia (Perl as a student programming
