[epo-core] Core IRC meeting

I suspect it would be useful to try and get all of core online at once  
for about half an hour this week to do some stuff that requires us.

Agenda:
     - (formally) appointing folks to head up marketing and  
extendedcore WGs
     - status of membership
     - status of grant requests
     - anything else folks want to add

How does 9pm GMT/4pm EST Weds suit folks?
