[epo-core] Committing time to EP

That's cool. One small thing, if anyone feels like writing humorous
tech-biased text for a series of cartoons then start - Mike and I
already did one, it's not bad I would like to do a few more and then
use them - I don't want to target business with these of course, I
want to go for students who are into computing languages, if we are
promoting Perl at the same time as EPO then all is good.

btw GS0C is approaching fast - we need to co-ordinate on this, I am
willing to work with Mike/Matt in the UK but I think we need to get
other people working on it. We need to convert some of the people we
know as interested in EPO to members of, and if we can Ordinary
members as then we can put them on working groups, in mailing lists
for marketing and officially approve of what they are saying/doing in
an Enlightened way.

As always I need to make note in the company Diary of anything that is
an actual decision (I don't need to make note of the conversations
that led to the decision :) ). If anyone is curious a Diary entry
would be like:

26th November 2008: Mike Whitaker proposes the formation of EPO
working groups, type and nature to be discussed.

25th January 2009: Working Group on Mars exploration founded, members
are: Mike Whitaker, Chris Prather, ET, ALF

You get the idea. I know it is boring 'adminioning', but it is
required and that's why you let me be secretary :)
