[epo-core] Getting things moving.

This has, I think, been sitting still rather too long. Can I suggest
the following (and folks can argue):

1) working groups: I can see a need for these two or three pretty
immediately:
- Task::Kensho (or whatever it becomes) - it needs some serious
discussion, rather than just everyone hoping someone else will send
comments
- Sponsorship review group - we do actually have some money now (and
we'll be getting another £100 from me (bad me) tomorrow).
- Publicity group - getting articles written for the website,
promotional stuff out to the likes of PerlBuzz, use.perl etc. (I'm
working on a short piece for PerlBuzz this evening, and also trying my
damndest to finish a longer piece for the website. I would like some
peer review on both before they go anywhere.)

2) A BoF at LPW 2008, and anywhere else we can get folks who
understand what we're driving at to facilitate a discussion. MDK?

3) a "WTF is EPO" presentation we can give at various YAPCs/PWs etc -
I'm working on one for LPW (assuming mdk wants it), I'd very much like
input on a rough draft so that it has buy in from EPO core and can be
given by people other than me.

4) Writing:
It would, I think, be very good if people could produce some more in-
depth content for the website.

LAST (and yet somehow first) ) Time.
As core officers of EPO, can I suggest that we all try and formally
dedicate a couple of hours a week, or perhaps more, to doing EPO stuff?
