Sponsorship review group sounds like a plan.
There has to be some method to submitting and reviewing worked out
anyway, and these need to be placed on the website in the rules section.
Again the watchword is transparency to members and non-members of how we
do things.

Again I would agree, though i think we need to make a plan of publicity
that we want. perhaps we toss a few ideas out and see what sticks?

I can arrange this, you just have to give me a nod - I think if you did
it at lunch time and suggest a local pub for everyone to go to and eat
it would hit the level of social that would attract more people and also
let the EPO members get a start on how they are going to spread the word
without feeling they are quoting formal rule at anyone.

Can't comment on this as yet as I am still doing the schedule, but there
is a strong chance you'll be doing it. A draft that can be read by
anyone sounds like a good thing anyway. I have a contact at Heise so i
can get a text copy to them in support of this I think, so the sooner we
have something the better.

Agreed.
