Is there any reason why we have so many special members?  EPO isn't a
special club or anything, but we do need member dues to keep things
going and I don't like the habit of anybody and everybody applying for
special memberships because they don't want to part with money.

If they're volunteering for specific tasks and features, I'm more
inclined to see value in it.  Without that value, I think it is
diluting the value of EPO.
