Didn't make my list when I was compiling Task::Kensho. It wasn't in
any of the top 100 lists I'd seen, and didn't come up when mst listed
a bunch of modules at me. Also it may be a Dep to one of the modules
that *is* in Task::Kensho which I excluded knowing that they'll pull
it in. The EPO-EC needs to be more explicit than Task::Kensho about
what modules are and are not in core. Kensho was a "first draft".
