[Epo-marketing] Perl Development Service Providers

Hi,

I was talking to a client today about taking some of his larger projects
with Perl (he currently hires Perl only for small projects). And the
negative I got was:

   "...by company policy I need to be able to switch provider.
    it is hard to do that with Perl..."

So I thought on bringing this here so we think on how to address that
kind of negatives.

One initial idea I had was creating a directory of Perl Development
Service Providers... what do you think?
