[Epo-members-announce] Grant request

Hi All,

Groditi has asked if the EPO will match a grant bounty he has suggested for:

Focusing on the basic split of Catalyst.pm into two packages and Ctx 
delegating to App some methods for back-compat and then making sure the 
tests work

This is not a trivial task and having some grant funds as a reward would 
make it better (so to speak) Groditi will mentor zby through the task 
and has already put $100 (USD) on the table and asks if we will match 
this sum. I need a vote from all Ordinary members please, if you wish to 
add suggestions such as (I feel that it should be double, or half) - or 
need to query something then please feel free to do so.
