[Handel] [ANNOUNCE] Handel 0.26 Released

     * Tested with Class::DBI 3.0.9
     * Fixed Exception creation after triggers under Class::DBI 3.0.9
     * Handel::DBI now uses Class::DBI->insert in Class::DBI 3.0.9+
     * Added subclassing tests
     * Changed item_class to use class name instead of __PACKAGE__
	See README for known issues

If you're making extensive use of subclassing of the cart, specifically 
Handel::Cart::Item and setting the ->item_class() method, this is a must 
upgrade. You will need to upgrade your Class::DBI install to 3.0.8 or 
greater to take advantage of the has_many fix for for subclasses.
