[Handel] Site Updates

I'm still making good progress on getting handelframework.com up and 
running. Some new and notables:

   - Wiki logons don't require my approval

   - Anonymous Wiki Editing is still disabled. You must login.

   - You can now browse the source code online:
       http://handelframework.com/source/

   - The SVN repository has moved to:
       http://handelframework.com/svn/

I'm still working on restyling the wiki and getting the pod extracted 
into /docs/. Once those are done, I'll get back to applying patches and 
working on bugs/features. :-)
