[Handel] [ANNOUNCE] Handel 0.20

Handel 0.20 has been released and should be available on a CPAN mirror 
nearest you shorty. Among the change are:

   * Catalyst controllers now use Data::FormValidator along with better 	
       error handling

   * Catalyst Checkout contoller now uses HTML::FillInForm to maintain
       form state after a POST when there are Data::FormValidator/other
       errors

   * Tested with Class::DBI 3.0.7

   * Added add_columns to Handel::DBI to add custom columns to
       Cart/Items/Order/Items

   * Added item_class to Cart/Order classes to specify the item class to
       be returned from add/items

   * Added HandelDBIDSN config variable
