[Handel] handel dbic-1.0 works with catalyst

Hi,
got handel dbic-1.0 working with catalyst 5.7001 :), if you want i can
start the rewrite of catalyst helpers. ( just small changes :
s/new/create s/load/search ... ). Everything seems to work perfectly.
The only bug i found the Orders lists page: order.number is empty and i
have nothing in my database too.  I'll try to see why

Now, i will wait for the start of Mango :)
