[Handel] Latest dev release failing tests

Hi,

I've been trying to install Handel and Catalyst on a new development 
box, and whilst I had few problems with 0.99_17, the latest version is 
failing a whole bunch of tests and if force installed then seems to have 
session problems.

Have any of the requirements changed in the latest release?

I'm running:

- Debian Etch (most perl modules are from the repo)
- DBIx::Class 0.07999_02
- Catalyst 5.7007
