[html-formfu] CPAN release out

The following modules have been uploaded to pause.perl.org, all at
version 0.01001
    HTML-FormFu
    HTML-FormFu-Imager
    DBIx-Class-HTML-FormFu
    Catalyst-Controller-HTML-FormFu

They should be available on http://search.cpan.org within 24 hours.

I've not uploaded HTML-FormFu-Dojo, as I'm probably going to merge it
into the core HTML-FormFu, as it doesn't rely on any extra perl
modules - I'll just have to make sure the docs are very clear that you
need to manually include the dojo JS library in your html source.

I've also removed the 'examples' directory from this release - as
they're needing updated, and I didn't want it to hold up the release.
