[html-formfu] preparing for cpan release

I've agreed to push another release to cpan on Wednesday morning, to
allow Bogdan to include some of the latest updates in the catalyst
advent calendar article he's writing.

Does anyone have any outstanding issues they'd really like to see
addressed before the next release?

I've now documented the new HTML-FormFu-Model-DBIC code, if anyone's interested.

I migrated an old catalyst app over to it at the weekend, and am now
pretty happy with the basic functionality it provides.
