[html-formfu] How to make AJax style drop down box

I have 3 drop down box, country, province, state.

I am not sure how HTML::FormFu can make them Ajax style chained drop 
down box.

initially province and state are not visible to user.

e.g If I choose canada, the province drop down box will pop up, 
otherwise state drop down box will pop up.

Please advise.
