[html-formfu] form_generator.pl

Hi there,

I've just committed my form_generator.pl script that generates FormFu
config files for all tables in a database.
Temporarily it is in html-formfu/HTML-FormFu-DBIC/form_generator.pl.

To function it needs a tmp subdir in current directory - it will dump
all the generated FormFu configs there.

This is just a first draft, all comments welcome.
