[html-formfu] message_loc and maketext parameters + test

[vti]

When I specify message_loc to constraint no maketext parameters are passed to
the string and this way [_1] and others are ignored.

I am using Controller::HTML::FormFu and I18N Catalyst plugin and specified
options:

Controller::HTML::FormFu:
  languages_from_context: 1
  localize_from_context: 1

Test is attached to the mail.
