[html-formfu] broken test elements/date.t

I just wanted to alert everyone that it appears the 'elements/date.t'
test or HTML::FormFu is suffering from the dreaded year 2008 bug.  After
trying to install HTML::FormFu from CPAN today (in several different
environments), I realized that the test appears to only work if the
current system date is set to sometime in the year 2007.
