[html-formfu] new dists uploaded to cpan

I've uploaded the following dists to cpan:

HTML-FormFu v0.03000
HTML-FormFu-Model-DBIC v0.03000
Catalyst-Controller-HTML-FormFu v0.03000
DBIx-Class-HTML-FormFu v0.01005

Note that HTML::FormFu::Model::DBIC is now in a separate distribution
- so you may need to add it to your application's prereqs.

The only change in DBIx-Class-HTML-FormFu in to document it as DEPRECATED.
It was actually officially deprecated last December, but I somehow
overlooked uploading the file to cpan - that's now been rectified!

There's far too many changes to list here; you can see the HTML-FormFu
change-logs at this address:

At this point, MultiForm.pm isn't included in the HTML-FormFu dist,
because it needs further testing.
All of the MultiForm tests have therefore been removed from both the
Cat-Controller and Model-DBIC dists - although the Multi* catalyst
actions are still present, so if you want to use MultiForm.pm from svn
trunk, your Cat-Controller will still work.

The files should all be available from your friendly cpan mirror very soon.
